Toxic Teamwork is a couch co-op game centered around cleaning the nuclear waste in a factory owned by CrumbTech Inc, with an imposter sent to sabotage the whole operation thrown into the mix. His task is to take down the team by setting up traps for them and the team's task is to complete their cleaning operation and come out alive. The team with the most points in the end wins the game.

The Story:

CrumbTech Inc was famous for their amazing inventions, like the Super Toaste a device that could toast bread faster than anyone thought possible. But their latest project, the Toastonium-powered Super Toaster 9000, was their downfall. Toastonium, a mix of nuclear waste and breadcrumbs, exploded during testing, turning the factory into a radioactive wasteland and mutating the workers into slime-covered monsters.

Now, CrumbTech has hired the Dust Busters, a cleanup crew, to deal with the aftermath. The Dust Busters' jobs: clean up the radioactive mess and neutralize the mutants.

But little do they know, there’s a traitor among the crew. One of the Dust Busters isn’t who they claim to be. The crew isn’t just cleaning up radioactive waste... they’re also caught in a corporate rivalry. Someone from the rival company, the Scrubbers, has infiltrated their team, actively sabotaging to destroy there reputation.

Who could it be? Is it the crew member who’s always "accidentally" knocking over mop buckets and spilling toxic waste everywhere? Or the one who seems just a little too eager to “recycle” all the hazardous waste.

As the team works together to clear the radioactive mess, they’ll have to figure out who’s working against them before it’s too late!
